Balsa + Star City = Super FUN!

October 16, 2010. Last day of Final exams. Grash's birthday celebration.

After one restless week of rigorous review, we decided to relax and have fun. Although Grash's birthday is October 9, she moved the celebration a week after to give way to the final exams.

First stop: Balsa.

Grash's aunt is one of the owners of this floating restaurant so we usually celebrate her birthday here. We were talking and laughing endlessly, due to the fact that we have not seen each other for a long time.

The food is really really great. I recommend Balsa to those who love seafood and sisig. And they also have a coffee shop! It is located somewhere in Niugan, Malabon city.

We went straight to Star City after that delicious dinner. We arrived almost 9 in the evening so we were in a hurry to try all the rides because Star City will close at 12.

The rides in Star City were not that thrilling compared to other theme parks but we all enjoyed it because we were together. :) The Star Flyer ride is my favorite though.

I was disappointed because we were not able to go to one of the horror houses. Some of my friends were scared enough to enter and we ran out of time. We had the chance to take pictures outside the house though.

Overall, that night is probably the most enjoyable night of the semester. We forgot our school problems even just for a short period of time. I hope our next trip would be in Enchanted Kingdom, then in Hongkong Disneyland and who knows, Universal Studios in Hollywood, California! :)
